1. Choose a Group Account Plan. Purchase a Group Account plan by choosing the library product of your choice and request an invoice from CookLearnGrow at info@cooklearngrow.com
2.Register as a Group Account Administrator. Once CLG has received payment, CLG will send the product link giving you access to your Group Account dashboard. Register your Group Account.
3.Watch Welcome Video: Log in and watch the short video explaining how to use your Group Account. This will include explaining how to send the invite link to patrons who have signed up to participate in the new program.
4. Promote Program: Use the pdf flyer assets from CLG to promote the program. CLG will email pdf assets to the Group Administrator for promoting the program.
5. Send the invite link and the “User/Member Workflow” pdf from CLG to patrons who have signed up to participate in the new program.

Yes! As with Social Media, you can post the announcement and invitation to get on the registration list.
The software defaults to a 1000 user limit, but that can be increased if needed.
Answer: One whole year from the date you register your Group Account. Once you register for a Group Account, the annual subscription begins. It will auto renew each year. If you are only interested in one year, simply set a reminder to go into your Group Account dashboard to cancel the subscription. It will automatically cancel when your year ends.

Yes. Your Group Account dashboard will allow you to see usage data so you can send in reports to the big boss.
